Payment Methods

We accept the following payments.

2. Bank wire Transfer

The currency of all products are set in Japanese yen,
therefore the price displayed by the currency converter is a guide only.
At checkout (and forward) the price will be displayed in Japanese yen.
Please note that exchange rates and overseas admission/commission fees vary by credit card company and brand.


Timing of Shipment

Your order is sent to you after your payment is fully completed. In principle, it usually takes approximately 5 business days to inspect and arrange shipment of your order.
However, due to stock conditions, circumstances of our suppliers or if our stores are in a busy period, there is a possibility that the dispatch of your order is delayed.

Tax & Duty

No Japanese consumption tax is required for your purchase.
However, there is a possiblity that you may need to pay some certain amount of duty when receiving your order in your country.

We are not aware of a duty in your country. Therefore, if you would like to know it before you place your order, please contact your local customs office.

If you would like your order to be delivered to a shipping address in Japan , please note that the Japanese consumtion tax (10%) would be required.

Shipping

For international shipping we use DHL if your choice of carrier is not specified.
In case of multiple purchases, there is a possibility to ship designated items in the same package for cheaper total shipping. If any interest, please contact us at info@baku.ne.jp.

We ship parts up to 1kg or 2kg at a fixed price.
Delivery is carried out by YAMATO TRANSPORT International TA-Q-BIN or DHL Express Worldwide.
* x30 knobs adds up to about 1kg.

Prices will vary depending on your country.
* These conditions do not apply when shipping within Japan.

Warranty Period

Used products: 1 month after delivery
New products: 1 year after delivery

* Any consumables such as lamps and fuses are excluded.

Any failure within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge or returned.

Returns and Cancellation

We can accept returns under the following circumstances;

(a) What you received does not match the information our international sales staff provided you with.

(b) Damage caused during shipping. Please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately.

(c) The product you received is defective, contact us within 7 days of arrival.

(d) You received a different item to what our staff informed you they were shipping. In the case of any of these reasons, please email our staff within 24 hours and make the subject of your email ""Return request"". Please be as specific with the details as possible.

(e) The goods have not been in any way tempered with and are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.

Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, pickguards, control plates, etc.

A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.

Please note that the costumer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, therefore this amount will be subtracted from the purchase price as well as it does not include any shipping charges, international shipping charges nor any other fees.

For any other reason, we are not able to accept returns and cancellations.

Damage from Shipping

If there is any damage as a result of a shipping accident, we will need to proceed with the shipping insurance for the damage.
You (the receiver) will need to contact to the company who made your local delivery yourself and prepare the damage report the insurance.

Cancellation of Payment

In case of cancellation after payment, a settlement fee (about 4% of the total payment price) will be charged. Depending on the payment method, the settlement fee can differ.
The amount will be refunded according to the payment method used after handling fee has been deducted.
Your full cooperation & understanding in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Refusal to Receive / Cancellation Due to Long Absence and Return

The item storage period of the shipping company varies depending on the shipping company, but it is usually about 7 to 10 days.
Packages that have exceeded the storage period will be refused and returned to us.
At the time of return, shipping fee will be incurred for the normal fare.
Please note that the return shipping fee will be charged any refund is concluded.
The shipping fee and other related fee (commission etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.
* This applies even if the address cannot be delivered due to unknown address, etc. *
When you place an order, please be sure to check the address, room number, etc., and then enter your address.
